Joyce Dzidzor Mensah drops amazing secrets to living a long life after testing for HIV positive.

After testing positive for HIV, Joyce Dzidzor Mensah reveals the secret to living a long life. Joyce Dzidzor Mensah, Ghana's former HIV/AIDS ambassador, has revealed the key to her 'long life' after declaring herself HIV positive in a recent interview. Former HIV/AIDS ambassador Kofi Adoma Nwanwani stated in an interview with Kofi Adoma Nwanwani that she is alive because she does not drink or smoke. She pointed out that antiretroviral medications don't work with alcohol or cigarettes, but some patients do so to alleviate despair during the early stages of the disease. Joyce, who recently tested HIV positive on live television, told Kofi Adomaa, "Life after testing HIV positive is a whole lot of hard work. “If you have the disease, you must accept that the virus is living with you, and you must learn about it.” She claims that the only way to live longer than the HIV life expectancy is to listen to doctors. “It is important that you follow your doctor's directions and medicines. Do not stray from the path; it does not function that way.Every illness has its own set of precautions. When you disregard preventive measures, you may die sooner than expected; however, if you follow your doctor's directions, you will live longer.”

“I'm enjoying a long life because I follow the doctor's orders,” she continued. I don't drink alcohol on a regular basis; instead, I do so on occasion. I enjoy a glass of wine every now and again. Even yet, I don't drink often since I dislike the flavor of alcohol. I didn't smoke because I was warned not to. I once smoked while doing a live Facebook video rocking to Wendy Shay's tunes. People mistook me for a smoker, but I was actually acting.”
